All Waste Dumpsters wants anyone who needs a container to be able to book one, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This page explains the standard we build to, what we have already changed, and how to reach a person if the site gets in your way.

What accessibility standard are we working toward?
We build and maintain this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. That is the level most United States accessibility requirements point to, and it is the one we hold ourselves to. Level AA covers the things that actually stop people: text you cannot read against its background, controls you cannot reach with a keyboard, images with no description, forms that give no useful error message.
We are not claiming a perfect score. Conformance is a moving target on any site that gets new photos, new service pages and new blog posts every month. What we can tell you is the standard we measure against, and that we re-check the site rather than setting it once and forgetting it.
What have we already changed on this site?
Every page starts with a "Skip to Main Content" link that appears the moment you press Tab, so a keyboard or screen reader user does not have to walk through the whole navigation and the eight location links to reach the page content. The main content of each page sits inside a proper landmark, and headings run in order rather than being picked for size.
We audit the pages with axe-core and fix what it flags. Photos of our roll-off containers carry alt text that says what the picture shows, so a 20 yard container on a driveway is described as one. Button and link text says where it goes instead of leaving "click here" for a screen reader to read out with no context. Our text and button colors were checked against the teal and orange in our branding to make sure they clear the 4.5:1 contrast ratio the guidelines ask for.
Where do we know the site still falls short?
Two parts of this site come from outside companies and we do not control their code. The embedded Google Map on our contact page and the Google reCAPTCHA that protects our forms are both delivered by Google. If either one causes you trouble, tell us and we will find another way to get you what you need, including taking your details over the phone.
Older blog posts may still contain an image without a description or a heading out of order. We work through those as we find them. If you hit one, reporting it moves it to the front of the queue.
How do you tell us about an accessibility problem?
Call or text (352) 644-1141, or email TJ@allwastedumpsters.com. You can also use our contact page. Tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If you use a screen reader or another assistive tool, naming it helps us reproduce the problem faster.
We aim to respond within two business days. Some fixes are quick. Others need a change to a template that touches every page, and those take longer, but we will tell you which one you are waiting on.
Can you rent a dumpster without using this website?
Yes. Nothing here is required. Call or text (352) 644-1141 during business hours and we will size the container, quote the price, and schedule delivery over the phone. We serve Ocala, Marion County and the surrounding area, and we have been doing it long enough that a phone call is often faster than a form anyway.
